UNIT 7 Nutrient Management and Evaluation and Reporting

Basic plant nutrition and the nutrient cycle are covered along with how nutrients can compromise water quality. This unit also covers the basics of impact evaluation and reporting of your VCE MGWS activities.

OBJECTIVES:

  1. Understand nutrients and how they affect water quality

  2. Understand basic plant nutrient requirements

  3. Understand nitrogen, its cycle, and ability to pollute

  4. Understand the basics of impact evaluation and reporting for any VCE MGWS activity
